Sorry to have been absent, things have been completely and utterly insane since Tuesday. There are various reasons why I can't yet write what has happened, not least of which is I don't have time until after the weekend: got a hydrotherapy course all weekend.

But it is surprising, shocking and a teensy bit life changing.
